Great tournament on Saturday, starting in very windy conditions which luckily calmed down during the course of the afternoon.

After a competitive round-robin section, Clive & Sandeep were in a clear lead, followed by John Kirby and Gareth , closely with Jackson & Phil a few points behind. In the final, Clive & Sandeep came out on top 6-1 6-3, perhaps benefiting from having played together for the Men's 1st team throughout the 2011 East of Scotland doubles league season.

 

Howard & Jackson - the winning partnership of 2009 and 2010  - were unable to go for the triple due to Howard being injured.
